The Greatest Games has quickly “come to a thrilling close”, raising an incredible $2,556,305 – that’s £2.1m – for the Cancer Foundation.

The week-long fundraiser ended yesterday with a run of Super Metroid after attracting over 2000 participants and “thousands of viewers” on Twitch.
