He wakes up every day and expects news about the hot prospects for the 2017 games. Since then Silksong announced in 2019, his fans have been searching for signs that he is coming out. The community is crazy, it’s a meme at this point. Not a big sports announcement goes by without fans wanting to anticipate that Silksong will be a miracle. Those gaming subreddit like watching those GIF of It’s always sunny in Philadelphia’s Charlie Day hysterically explaining the pattern he found in a pile of paper pinned to a wall. The game should come out just to give these people something else to do.
Hopefully, it won’t be long. The last we heard was that the game was planned to be released in 2023, but was delayed to 2024. Obviously it didn’t make it that day, but at least we know it’s still on the way. Get ready for another wave of emotional hype in April when we will get the first Switch 2 Nintendo Direct presentation. And if that doesn’t work, there’s always the Summer Games.
